HISTORY
We accomplish this through effective marketing, roadside signs and word of mouth from many past tenants and referrals over the years. We manage the campus because we own it and care for it with personal care. Regardless of our end goals we partner with our tenants every part of the way, whether you need to upgrade to a larger space in one of our campus buildings or even to downsize to weather a bad cycle in the market. provide reasonable rentals and are very competitive to our downtown Lake
Forest. We recognize our tenants each year and are very thankful
for their continuing occupancy. Many tenants have been here 10, 15 or
even 20 years. We maintain an on-site office and have the necessary personnel
to attend to needs of the office tenants. We carefully maintain our office
buildings, outdoor landscaping and parking areas. Over the past 5 years
we have updated restrooms, entries, halls, and mechanical systems. A Green
System has been implemented and no smoking is allowed in all areas.
We take pride in our buildings and in our community of Lake Bluff and
the North Shore. Before any new tenant moves
in, the office is repainted, carpeting cleaned, windows washed and woodwork
polished. We actively pursue renewals, welcome new tenants at move-in
and other holidays as well as office parties throughout their lease. Our
buildings are located at a prime location within walking distance to many
fine restaurants, other retail stores and grocery stores. We look forward
to the next 25 years with pride in our past performance.
